PRISM Log Analyzer is a local-first Windows desktop tool that triages Minecraft client and server logs: it detects log formats across Vanilla, Forge, NeoForge, Fabric and Quilt, groups stack traces into events, fingerprints repeated messages, attributes problems to mods, and derives confirmed findings plus clearly-marked heuristic hints.

The first public beta (0.1.2) ships with a signed auto-updater, an export that redacts IPs, UUIDs, paths and player names before anything leaves the machine, and an optional contribution flow for unknown problem patterns. Everything runs locally; the tool has no telemetry.
